BUSINESS MANAGER (SME Banking)

Responsibilities
  • Proactively pursue lead generation through calling prospective SME businesses
  • Follow-up closely on qualified leads, managing the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals and presentations for qualified clients
  • Building rapport and maintaining good relationship with client
  • Manage and grow sales pipeline
  • Product knowledge, sales technique and coaching will be provided
    • Products are mainly corporate/ business banking facilites from local/international banks/FI
 
Requirement
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (as large number of SME directors are mandarin speaking)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented
  • Work experience in SME financial services would be an added advantage
  • 5 days working week, Mon-Fri, 9.30am - 6pm
  • Various remuneration package with uncapped commission
  • Performance bonus and increment depending on performance
